Eat and Ate

As I arrived in the office 9:30 am, I saw my co-workers with food in their table. "Kaon ta Nel" - means "Nel, lets eat." Firstly, I said "No, thanks" and then I smiled. I then look back and saw Pan cake... waaaa Pan Cake, I want to eat Pan Cake...
And so I went out to order a Pan Cake, but then I went back to the office bringing a Pan cake, Longaniza (its like a hotdog), egg, rice, Beef Cheezy Fries and 2 small cups of iced tea. While working, I am eating the food I bought.
12:00 nn Lunch time came, I just ate, I know that. Its lunch... I have to eat. I have Adobong Atay and rice.
4:00 pm One of my co-worker asked "Who wants to order something, I am going out to buy a food." Again I said NO. But as everyone else are saying their orders, I can't stop myself from ordering too. I had Baked Macaroni.
Hmm...
NOTE: 2 weeks ago I was sick due to high Cholesterol and My Doctor said I could not eat pork, beef, cheeze, fries, mayo, and all the foods that have high cholesterol.
