Walkie talkie for ISP tech

I am a techy person. When I was young, I remember my father would buy me walkie talkies, a 2 way radios as some may refer it to. I grew up having experience using all the tech gadgets I wanted. When my ISP tech persons came into the house, they lack some gadgets that they would need for the job. One of it is a radio to communicate with each other while one is on the top of the roof fixing the antenna and the other is on the ground floor configuring the computer. I wish their company would provide them with their needs.
