Mood or Time Control

I work at night and serve my kids during day. I usually sleep in the afternoon, but sometimes I am not in the mood to do so.

I just wish I could switch my moods if I wanted to sleep I sleep instantly, if I wanted to wake up .. wake up instantly ... I would love that.
