Wondering of Marriage Proposal

I wonder when would I receive marriage proposal with a perfect loose diamonds as a sweetness touch. Would I ever get a proposal at all? I plan to get married before reaching the age of 31, but now, next month I will be 28, and still I have no boyfriend. I really have to find one fast before I break my own plan.
