Hotels or Place to Sleep

I wanted to put up a hotel business or a place where people could sleep, like an apartment. Whenever I sleep in a hotel, I always make a list of its advantages and disadvantages. For me, hotel owner should take into consideration that their customers will have allergy and they better put allergy bedding or things that would not cause their customer an allergy attack.
