I remembered the times where when I was in school, I used force myself to stop bowel movement. However, when I knew that it could cause colon cancer, I got scared and checked all the means to have my colon cleansed. There are a lot of colon cleansers now, so therefore I need to check online for some colon cleansing reviews to be sure if it helps or not.
