Space Saving Design

I was checking out cabin beds because I was thinking of designs that could save space and the Rustic Lakeland Twin over Futon Bunk Bed caught my attention. The bed below could be converted into sofa. This is really good for studio type apartment in where your bedroom is also your living room. Do you have design better than this?
