I recently discovered about
www.lleucine.org and realized that one could also lose weight while gaining a muscle. I thought before that the reason why men gains weight when they exercise is because when their fat is burned and muscles is formed it adds to weight. It is good for men, while for women it is best to lose weight because gaining would mean effort in exercising would be useless. I think with L-Leucine it balances weight loss and muscle gain which is a perfect combination to have a healthy body.
