It is bad when your body seek for a massage once a week, because it feels like your getting weaker everyday when you don't get it.
My Mom decided we should have a massage at least twice a month. It was better than my schedule before which is just once a month. But the frequent we do it, the bad effects of getting addicted to it comes.
I hope I could find something that would take my addiction away from this. Perhaps YOGA?
