Regular exercise can help protect us from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, obesity, back pain and it can also improve our mood and help us to better manage stress.
I have been inactive for a while. I may want to start with less strenuous activities such as walking or swimming at a comfortable pace. But I work here at home doing most of my time in my computer. So I decided to have my own exercise equipment at home. To have a better shape, and so I can gradually do more strenuous activity while I'm working.
