Last year we were visited by my wife's best friend from overseas. She works as a consultant in a multinational commercial real estate company. When she visited, she brought with her two business affiliates from Indonesia.
Their main purpose is to visit big shopping malls here in the country, identifying what will be the best prototype to apply and the best possible real estate solutions' suite of products and services tailored to local needs of their commercial market if they would put up a shopping mall also in their place.
The two affiliates were so down to earth. They even carried my son's stroller and baby bag. It was only later that we would out the two of them are the owners of that shopping mall to be built.
