I have a fatty liver and I think I need to reduce my body fat, so it brought me to this website
www.reducebodyfat.org. I guess it could help me in my goal to being physically fit, but just to be sure, I need to ask my doctor what would be suitable for me. I know each of those is studied to burn fat, but on specific body types accompanied by a recommended diet. Better have one that is really recommended by doctor, better safe than sorry.
